We have been established as employment law specialists since 1989. We believe that there is a dearth of specialists in employment law who offer a high quality and professional service, providing free advice and free representation before the Employment Tribunals on a no win no fee basis.

We deal with all aspects of employment law including Unfair Dismissal, Sex, Race, Age and Disability Discrimination, Contracts, Redundancy Payments (including claims for Protective Awards when an employer has made 20 or more workers redundant) and TUPE transfers.

I and my colleagues have a combined experience of over 40 years dealing with employment matters. We have been commended by major national trade unions and have an outstanding record of success in winning or settling claims against such formidable respondents such as BT, Post Office, Santander, rail companies and major financial institutions and major retailers. We have a 90% success rate of all cases we conduct.

We offer free advice for anyone facing disciplinary proceedings, grievances, redundancy or any other employment problems, in addition to those who have, unfortunately, been dismissed.

As stated we offer a no win no fee arrangement for cases which we judge to have a reasonable prospect of success. We also represent clients before the Employment Appeal Tribunal, which deals with appeals from the Employment Tribunal on points of law. If we win your case and the employer appeals we will defend those appeals free-of-charge. However, should the case lose and you wish to appeal we would, unless the appeal looks a very strong prospect, have to charge you.
